Terms & privacy

Privacy. We store no personal data about job seekers. No accounts, no cookies, no trackers beyond cookieless aggregate analytics. Clicking Apply takes you to the company's site, which has its own policies.

Data. Roles come from companies' public careers feeds, built for exactly this kind of republication, always with a link out. Logos and names identify companies only. Takedown requests are honoured — email us and the listing comes down.

Accuracy. Feeds are checked nightly; stale data is labelled stale. Still a best-effort mirror — the company's own careers page is authoritative.

Ads. Sponsored chips carry a "Sponsored" label at all times and are never mixed into the results list — advertising money buys position on the strip above it, never a company's placement, ranking or role count on the map. This is our disclosure of paid promotional content under the ASCI Code for Self-Regulation of Advertising Content in India.

Ad rules. We reject ads that ask job seekers to pay anything, claim guaranteed jobs or placements, or promote MLM and network-marketing schemes. Chips are reviewed by hand before going live, and a rejected chip is refunded in full. If you link a logo, we take our own copy of it when the ad is approved and serve that copy for the run — the creative cannot change after review, and nothing on the map is loaded from an advertiser's server. A logo we cannot fetch is replaced by your initials.

Launch offer. The first 20 advertisers get a 7-day chip free. It is reviewed on exactly the rules above, and a free chip that is rejected or taken down has nothing to refund. A rejected booking returns its seat to the offer.

Ad time and removal. A chip's time starts at approval, not at payment, and it comes down automatically at the end of the window it was bought for. If we take a chip down early for breaking these rules, the unused time is refunded pro rata. If the site is unavailable for a sustained stretch during a chip's run, that time is refunded pro rata too. Refunds are made by UPI to the account the payment came from.
